Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags still attached.
Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@decentthreads.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
